You have probably already heard many times that the Thermomix not only makes delicious food, but also saves you a lot of time, energy and money. In our current article, I would like to share as much information, tips and practices as possible about how much you can save in everyday life with the help of Thermomix!
Thanks to the Thermomix’s 18 functions, countless food and ingredients can be prepared with the machine. Let’s see what this means for a morning meal:
Freshly baked baguettes, muffins, cakes, bagels or even buns are a big favorite for breakfast . The essential raw material of these baked goods is FLOUR . With Thermomix, you can easily make your own flour at home, whether from wheat, rice, buckwheat or even flaxseed, so you can even guarantee 100% gluten-free. Make homemade wheat flour from 500 g of wheat. put 250 g of wheat into the mixing bowl, grind it on a speed of 1 p/10 . Remove to a bowl, then repeat with the remaining 250 g of wheat.
Do you want to make gluten-free flour? That’s not an obstacle either! Use buckwheat, place in mixing bowl and grind 30 sec/speed 10. Once the flour is ready, you don’t even have to worry about kneading it , as the Thermomix easily kneads 500 g of flour in 3 minutes!
And when the bread is ready, the topping can come, which can be:
- butter wrapped in a homemade Thermomix (for this you need nothing more than a cold 500 g 30% whipped cream and the butterfly! You can put the butterfly and the whipped cream in the pot, and the butter is ready at speed 5 p/4 , the remaining buttermilk, even if you use it for baking bread!) You can add salt or different herbs according to your taste!
- homemade stone-roasted, liver cream, crackling cream, tuna cream, egg cream, ham cream, aubergine cream, of course, all preservative-free and made from well-known ingredients.
- and if you would like a little sweetness, you can have homemade nutella or peanut butter, various jams , these can of course also be made in a sugar-free version. It is advisable to always choose seasonal fruits, at the beginning of summer strawberries, then raspberries, currants and peaches, in autumn plums, kiwis, figs, but of course you can’t go with a mixed fruit jam either.
- Looking for a lighter breakfast? That shouldn’t be an obstacle either! Make your favorite granola and add vegetable milk to it! In the store, a good-quality granola already exceeds HUF 4,000-5,000, the ingredients of the presented recipe cost half that amount, and if there is still some seeds left, you can make fresh granola again at any time!
A well-proven granola recipe is available here! Feel free to use your favorite seeds to make granola! We also share the recipe for the coconut milk and almond drink:

The price of the 50-65 gram porridges available in the store ranges from HUF 170-400, and the ingredients include different aromas, citric acid, acidity regulators, and may also contain milk, eggs and nuts. On the other hand, homemade oatmeal requires only water, milk, sugar to taste and oatmeal, and it can be eaten immediately with any toppings.
