As spring approaches, we are more and more willing to leave the house, invite friends to a delicious dinner or bring some homemade pretzels, baguettes and spreads to the guests. At such gatherings of friends and family, the delicious wines are also brought out from the hidden storages!
That’s why we thought of combining the love of Thermomix and wine with a great cooking club on March 9 in Törökbálint!
The dishes we are going to prepare will be seasoned with different wines, so you can prepare them at home depending on which is your favorite wine.
Let’s see the dishes*:
- potato wine soup
- tomato wine soup
- blueberry red wine jam
- for a wine skate, some fresh pretzels and cheese crackers with cheese cream
- sweet potato focicca seasoned with red wine and balsamic vinegar
- red wine, gummy risotto
- fruit pudding (dessert)
- strawberry ginger drink (non-alcoholic)
- blueberry mojito (non-alcoholic)
* We reserve the right to change the dishes!
We hold the cooking club if a minimum of 9 people apply!
